Corrugated Plastic also known as Coro or the brand name Coroplast is one of the most widely used and inexpensive rigid substrates in the sign industry. Most commonly you see them as yard signs promoting a political candidate or yard sale down the block.
Coro can be used both indoors and outdoors. When used with a wire H stake they work great for directional signage or for sale/rent signs. They are lightweight and easily transportable. They are a great solution to informational signs printed in large amounts.
PVC board commonly known by its brand name Sintra or Komatex is a great option for interior or short term exterior signs.
Sintra comes in a wide variety of colors and thicknesses. It can be trimmed by hand with a hobby knife. It is a little more expensive than coro but when viewed next to coro a much more attractive option since there are no flutes that show through.
Polymetal is a the name brand of a product by Nudo Industries. There are many other similar products out there such as MaxMetal, Epanel, and Dibond and we use them interchangibly. It is a lightweight durable sign material. It is in a group of outdoor materials called aluminum composite material (ACM). It is faced by aluminum on both sides with a polyethlene core. This type of material is great for outdoor long term use. It is a very affordable long term outdoor use. It is somewhat flexible however so it is best to be attached to something rigid such as a building or sign frame.
Alumacorr is a the name brand of a product by Nudo Industries. It is a lightweight but very rigid sign material. It is like polymetal, an aluminum composite material (ACM). It is faced by aluminum on both sides with a corrugated plastic core. This type of material is great for outdoor long term use. A common use for this material is for large signs going between two posts in wide open areas such as construction site signs.
Magnets are great when a decals just aren't an option. Most magnetics we do are for car and truck doors with required DOT information. These are perfect when you don't want to always have it displayed on your vehicle. If cleaned and taken care of vehicle magnets can last a long time.
Another great use is to leave magnets on HVAC, Electrical or even some plumbing fixtures. This way your customer knows exactly who to contact when they need future service.
Acrylic can add great impact to your sign. We have many options in color, thickness, edge finishes and holes with standoffs to really make it your own
Acrylic can also be used for backlit signs also. Whether it is interior or exterior we can print on vinyl so it ready for day or night!
In addition to the ACMs we can use aluminum as well as steel. We have a range of thicknesses and finishes such a brushed available.
We highly discourage using this material however we occasionally have requests for this material. If not properly sealed and maintained the plywood can deteriorate.
White Wood is an aluminum composite material. It is half inch plywood faced on both sides with aluminum. WhiteWood requires sealing the edges as well as areas fasteners go through the sign. Other sign materials we offer are maintence free. WhiteWood is a very heavy material.
